In case of lost shipments, kindly report them within 15 days from the ship-out date.We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be accommodating. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel an order that is already in progress, please inform us as soon as possible. The refund will be based on the progress of your order. If we have not yet commenced work on your order, you will be eligible for a full refund.
